Therapy & Therapeutic Programs
Harmony Arts offers a variety of therapeutic and special needs programs.
Inclusion Program - Designed to mainstream differently abled kids & teens into our regular classes. May include temporary individual work, parent consultation, individual programs within the classroom and increased classroom supports.
CHANCE Program - Offers low income and high risk youth a chance to succeed! Youth 3-18yrs referred by a service worker (therapist, casemanger, teacher, doctor...) may qualify for full or partial scholarship, free t-shirt, mentorship, and logistical support. Youth 14-22 years may additionaly qualify for financial assistance to our assistant instructor \ internship program - building job skills that may lead to future paying positions.
Integrated Movement Therapy (IMT) - Is offered through the Samarya Center, in individual and small group sessions. IMT is a holistic, brain based approach developed by masters level clinicians. IMT works with all conditions and life challenges, and we see people from infancy through adult hood. Common childhood challenges we work with include ADHD\ADD, Autism\Aspergers, developmental delays, trauma, anxiety, depression, physical disabilities, behavior issues & sensory integration disorder. IMT uses philosophy & movement of yoga combined with clinical methods to build social skills, self-calming, physical competence, language and self-esteem.

Adults - Integrated Movement Therapy and a variety of specialized classes including yoga for anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, auto immune disorders and chronic pain, are offered through The Samarya Center www.samaryacenter.org
