POLICIES & ETIQUETTE
Registration: Tuition is required to hold a students space in a class. If you need a payment plan, please make arrangements with us in advance.
Late Fees: A $10.00 late fee will be immediately charged to all late payments (unless you have made arrangements in advance). $5 a week will continue to acrue after that.
Refund Policy: Harmony Arts does not issue refunds except in the case of a class\event cancelation, or in extreme circumstances on a case by case basis prior to the start of classes. Payments made prior to class start dates may be transferable or creditable to other Harmony Arts Programs. Please inform us of your individual situation.
Private Sessions: Payment is due in full at or prior to your session unless other arrangements have been made. No shows, late arrivals and sessions canceled less then one week in advance will still be billed at the regular session rate.
Student Etiquette:
- Please remove socks & shoes at the door.
- Coats & bags may be hung in the waiting area. Please keep things neat!
- Uniform is school t-shirt (purchase for $15) and comfortable black pants - this is now required for all SKY classes. Long hair should be tied away from the face.
- Please wait quietly when it is not your class time.
- Ask permission before using props & materials.
Waiting Room Etiquette:
During classes & groups families and friends are welcome to wait in the waiting area during class time. Please be respectful of these rules:
- Remove shoes at the door
- Enter & Exit quietly (including outside stairway).
- Please keep noise to a minimum.
- Please do not talk to students during class. It is the instructors responsibility to tell them what to do. If your student is distracted by you being in the waiting room please leave so that they can focus on class.
- Children left unattended must be able to wait independently & quietly.
- Clean up after yourself!
