FOCUS GROUPS

Small groups based on principles of Integrated Movement (IMT) utilize yoga, movement, breath, arts, games, meditation and discussion to allow students to work on individual goals in a fun environment.

Some common challenges we work with: ADHD \ ADD, Aspergers, social skills, sensory challenges, self-calming skills, language stimulation, increase focus \ attention, self-esteem, body image, depression, anxiety, physical skills...
