Fun kid's camp includes age appropriate kung fu, self-defense, yoga, tumbling, gardening, cooking, art projects, meditation, community building, peace keeping skills, service projects and walking field trips include library, playgrounds, museum and water parks.

Pre-teen & Teen Girls are empowered through self-defense, kung fu, yoga, gardening, healthy cooking, journaling, art projects, meditation, discussions, community building and peace projects. Fun curriculum promotes self-esteem, positive body image, self-inquiry, strength, relaxation skills and more...
